Really great service, I had the kingsize quilt, I did origally feel a little pricey for a duvet, however I now belive you get what you pay for and the quality is top.

This is the third one of these mattresses we have bought. The last two were from PAL but sleepmatters were cheaper this time. We are delighted and will be buying another when our youngest is out of a cot.
